I've been trying more and more to commit to writing because "writing is thinking" and thinking is the most important skill now that I work with agents every day. Before agents, I used to think through code and I still do that for personal projects from time to time. Now, I will do it more through writing. Smarter people have talked about this:

scribbles
Short, timestamped thoughts.
Just upgraded this website to add this scribble system. It allows me to write my thoughts down without committing me to writing something long form. It's a system that attempts to get me over my writer's block on longer essays. I never had issues writing my thoughts down in short form as evidenced by my physical notebook, however I do struggle on essays. To remember to update this, I will try to go over what I wrote in a day in my physical notebook, see if something is worth pulling from it, and write it down here. If I notice that I have mused about the same thing over multiple days, I will have notes that I can then use to turn them into an essay.
